GeodeGuesseur Concept Art

This year in school we had to work, in a team of 7 students, on a 30 seconds 3D animated short film on the theme of "advertising". The assignment was called the Zapping, and my team and I, who were assigned the "cartoon-trash" style, chose to do a dark-humour advertisment about a child's game turning fatal for the user. We went for a geode-opening game, with one geode out of three containing a deadly orphan disease: GeodeGuesseur!
Here are the concept art I worked on during the pre-production. I designed Météorite and worked on the character 2D shading for the turns and the keyshot.
It was such a pleasure to work with this team for those few weeks of pre-prod, and 6 weeks of prod. I am very proud of the final result, which I will post next!
